PSHE/RSHE resources and consultation

Our All through PSHE/RSHE curriculum is underpinned by high‑quality, nationally recognised resources to ensure accuracy, relevance and statutory compliance.

We currently draw upon materials and guidance from the following organisations:

• PSHE Association – to ensure our curriculum aligns with national expectations, best practice and statutory requirements.
• Life Lessons – to provide engaging, age‑appropriate content that supports pupils’ personal development and wellbeing.

As part of implementing the RSHE curriculum, schools must consult with the children, parents, staff and governors to ensure there is a general consensus on our approaches to policy and the curriculum content.

The Priory Witham Academy will be starting their consultation process on Tuesday 30^th June 2026; the consultation will close on the 17^th July 2026.

As part of this, parents, staff and governors, will be asked to read through the following two documents and make comments on them. The two documents that you are asked to read as part of the consultation will be:

2) Please choose the appropriate primary or secondary document for your child from the attachments below. Please read these an then move to step three.
